Wildlife Management Project - All Ages

IT’S IN DENVER’S NATURE! Join the City Nature Challenge April 24-27 when thousands of people from 600 communities across the globe will be community scientists by getting outside, looking for nature, and logging their findings in iNaturalist.org. Let’s see what can be accomplished when we all work toward a common goal! You can help Denver by participating in this challenge alongside Denver Parks and Recreation and the Highline Canal Conservancy staff on April 25 at Hentzell Park. DPR and the HLCC will be hosting this event from 11AM - 1PM. The event is open to all ages and only requires a smartphone, tablet (or iPad), or camera. No prior identification knowledge is needed! You'll find the DPR and HLCC event registration table just north of Cornell Ave at the intersection of the Colorado Front Range Trail and Hampden Heights Trail. Can’t make this event? No Problem, you can actually participate in CNC on your own by making observations anywhere in the Colorado Front Range between April 24-27. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After registering please watch the short tutorial linked below on using the iNaturalist app during the City Nature Challenge https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kUyFBeTz1zM Event Details: Location: Hentzell Park 10300 E Yale, Denver, CO 80231 Time and Date: April 25 11AM - 1PM
