Forestry Tree Planting
This planting will take place along the Via Verde greenway in Westwood. The address is 3400 W Ford Pl, Denver, CO 80219. We will meet here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/tQokT2BZK43whjKi8 The meeting spot is at W Ford Pl and S Irving St, near the Westwood Library. Parking will be street parking, please check street sweeping signs. Planting will occur along the trail from Irving west to Perry, therefore some folks may be walking several blocks. Staff will be present to guide you in tree planting locations and providing instruction. Difficulty level: moderate to hard (bending, stooping, digging, lifting, raking, walking) Childcare will be provided at no cost by Call Emmy.
