Educational Program/Activity

Want to give fishing a try but not sure how to get started? Join our Rangers at City Park's Ferril Lake for an opportunity to learn about the gear needed, local fish species, how to set up a pole, and even try your hand out at catching a real fish! Adults are required to attend this program with their child. Rangers will provide all necessary gear. This is a children's program. Ages 16+ are welcome to fish but are required to have a fishing license. Fishing licenses can be obtained through this link: https://cpw.state.co.us/fishing/licenses-and-dates.
