Volunteer Photographer

Description:

• Do you love photography?
• Do you have an eye for detail?
• Are you looking for a way to give back to your community? 

If so, we are seeking volunteer photographers like you! We need your help to capture memorable moments at Denver Parks volunteer events and in our parks and open spaces. Photographs will be shared with Denver Parks staff to be posted on social media, used in annual reports, shared at volunteer recognition events, and more. We are looking for action shots of volunteers, group shots, nature photos, and any other photos that highlight our parks system. 

Requirements:

• Register for any event where "Volunteer Photographer" is listed as an available position
• Show up a few minutes early to check in with DPR staff and get an overview of the project and work area

Qualifications:

• Photography skills.
• Camera and equipment for indoor and/or outdoor shoots. 
• Transportation to/from photo shoots.
• Age 18+ (younger volunteers may apply if going out to photograph with an adult guardian)
